Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At ArmaggeddonPC, every system is built to order and quality-checked before dispatch. We stand behind our builds with a 5-Year Limited Warranty and a fair return process outlined below.

 

1. Standard Returns (Non-Custom / Pre-Built Systems)

Pre-built desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals purchased directly from armaggeddonpc.com are eligible for return under the following conditions:

           Return window: 14 days from date of delivery

           Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included

           Proof of purchase: Order confirmation or invoice required

           Not eligible for standard return:

           Items showing signs of use, physical damage, or modification

           Items missing original packaging or accessories

           Software licenses, downloadable content, or activated product keys

 

 

2. Custom-Built PC Systems

Custom-built PCs are configured to your specifications and are non-refundable once assembly has begun, except in the following circumstances:

2a. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your custom PC arrives non-functional or with a manufacturing defect:

           Report within 7 days of delivery via email at armaggeddon.pc@leapfroglobal.net or WhatsApp at +65 8775 0631

           We will arrange a free pick-up, diagnose the unit, and either repair or replace at our discretion

           If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced within 30 working days, a full refund will be issued

2b. Wrong Specifications Delivered

If the system delivered does not match the specifications confirmed in your order:

           Report within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence

           We will rectify at no cost or issue a full refund if rectification is not possible

2c. Cancellation Before Assembly

           Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund

           Once a custom system has been dispatched, cancellation is not accepted

 

 

3. Components, Peripherals & Accessories

           Return window: 14 days from delivery, unopened and in original packaging

           Opened packaging are eligible for exchange only (not refund) if found to be defective on arrival

               Consumables (thermal paste, cable ties, cleaning kits) are non-returnable once opened

 

 

4. Warranty Claims (Post-Return Window)

All ArmaggeddonPC systems come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use.

Warranty does NOT cover:

        Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse

        Modifications, overclocking beyond rated specs, or unauthorised repairs

        Normal wear and tear (fans, thermal paste degradation over time)

        Software issues, OS corruption, or virus damage

To make a warranty claim, contact us at armaggeddon.pc@leapfroglobal.net with your order number and a description of the issue.

 

 

5. Refund Processing

           Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected

           Refunds are issued to the original payment method

           Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, DOA)

           Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error

 

 

6. How to Initiate a Return

1.       Email armaggeddon.pc@leapfroglobal.net with subject line: RETURN REQUEST — Order #[your order number]

2.       Include: order number, reason for return, and photos/video if applicable

3.       Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

4.       Do not ship items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted

 

 

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

                 Defective pre-built units (within 14 days)

                 Wrong items delivered

                 DOA components

Exchanges for change-of-mind on custom builds are not available once assembly has begun.

 

 

8. Consumer Rights (Singapore)

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) or any other applicable Singapore consumer protection legislation. Where statutory rights provide greater protection than this policy, statutory rights prevail.
