Dead Pixel Warranty Policy
Under Armaggeddon’s standard monitor warranty policy, the following pixel conditions are considered within the acceptable manufacturing tolerance:
- Up to 3 bright pixels, or
- Up to 3 dark pixels, or
- A combined total of up to 5 defective pixels.
A monitor will be eligible for warranty assessment for a dead/stuck pixel issue when the number of defective pixels exceeds the above acceptable limits.
Monitors with defective pixels that are within the stated tolerance are considered to be operating within acceptable panel manufacturing standards and will not qualify for replacement or warranty exchange solely on the basis of dead or stuck pixels.
Important Notes
Pixel defects must be clearly visible under normal operating conditions and will be subject to inspection and verification by Armaggeddon or an authorised service representative.
Physical damage, pressure marks, scratches, cracked or broken panels, impact damage, liquid damage, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by improper handling are not covered under warranty.
Armaggeddon reserves the right to inspect the monitor and determine warranty eligibility in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
