Thank you for choosing Leapfrog Distribution Pte Ltd for your custom PC build. We are committed to delivering high-quality systems with long-term reliability. This document outlines our 5-Year Limited Warranty for eligible PC builds.

1. Onsite Service – First Year Only

Onsite service is available within Singapore during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Includes diagnostics, hardware servicing, and component replacement if covered under warranty.
- Service applies to hardware-related issues only and must be scheduled during business hours.

2. Warranty Start Date

Warranty begins on the original invoice date and applies only to systems built and sold by Leapfrog Distribution Pte Ltd.

3. What is Covered

This warranty covers hardware defects due to manufacturing fault or workmanship under normal usage, including:
- CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD
- PC case, power supply unit (PSU)
- Armaggeddon CPU Cooler (5-year coverage)
- System instability or failure caused by defective components

4. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
- Software issues (OS errors, driver conflicts, malware, corrupted data, etc.)
- Physical or accidental damage, misuse, overclocking, or liquid damage
- Damage from electrical surges, lightning, fire, or environmental hazards
- Unauthorized repairs, upgrades, or modifications by third parties
- Cosmetic damage or wear and tear that does not affect performance

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service, please contact:

- Business Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (excluding public holidays)

Please provide:
- Original proof of purchase (invoice)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if applicable
- Serial number (if available)

Our support team will evaluate the issue and advise on the next steps.

6. Repair or Replacement

- Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent item (used/refurbished parts may be used).
- If a part is discontinued, a suitable alternative of equal or better specifications will be provided.
- Service turnaround time depends on issue severity and part availability.

7. Customer Responsibility

- Retain your purchase invoice for the full warranty period.
- Back up important data regularly—data recovery is not part of warranty service.
- Provide reasonable access and cooperation for warranty evaluation and onsite servicing (where applicable).

8. Limitations & Exclusions

- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- Leapfrog Distribution Pte Ltd is not responsible for:
  - Data loss or software reinstallation
  - Downtime or loss of productivity during service
  - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if:
- Serial numbers are tampered with, removed, or unreadable
- System is tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel
- System is operated outside of intended use or environmental conditions
