Why this matters
A tier-only recommendation cannot tell you what is actually on sale. These two 2026 listings name the CPU and GPU, show available variants in the store, and let you check the complete bill of materials before checkout. A quoted build may change with the selected variant or substitutions; compare the final CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, PSU and warranty rather than the graphics card alone.
How we ranked
The two picks were checked against active Shopify listings, available variants and the under-SGD-3,000 price ceiling on 28 September 2026. This is a storefront comparison, not a measured game benchmark: frame rates, thermals and acoustic performance were not tested. Availability and prices can change.
The ranked list
1. Ryzen 7 7700 + RTX 5070 — best for a documented parts list
The Armaggeddon Ryzen 7 7700 + RTX 5070 desktop lists an INNO3D RTX 5070 12GB, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB Gen4 NVMe storage, ASRock B850M-X WiFi 7 motherboard and Armaggeddon Voltron Platinum 700 PSU. Its product page says Windows 11 Home is unactivated. Several variants were available below the budget ceiling on 28 September 2026; check the selected variant's live price and parts. Verdict: Consider when you want a named supporting specification rather than only a CPU/GPU headline.
2. Ryzen 7 9800X3D + RTX 5070 — best for the alternate CPU choice
The Armaggeddon Ryzen 7 9800X3D + RTX 5070 desktop is a second available option that was below the same ceiling on 28 September 2026. Its live page identifies the CPU and GPU, but its description does not publish a complete text parts list. Ask for RAM, storage, motherboard, PSU, cooler and Windows activation status in writing before paying. Verdict: Consider if you want this CPU pairing and can confirm the remaining parts.

Where to buy
- Compare the live variants. Confirm final price and exact CPU, GPU, RAM, storage and Windows status before checkout.
- Read the written warranty. For eligible builds, the 5 Years Limited Warranty terms give 5 years on Armaggeddon case, PSU, cooler and fans; 3 years on CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM and storage; and first-year pickup and return in Singapore.
- Check delivery eligibility. PC purchases include free delivery; same-day availability depends on the build and stock. Corporate and institutional buyers should use the separate quotation route.
What to avoid
- CPU/GPU-only comparisons. Ask for the exact PSU, motherboard, RAM, storage and cooling before comparing two quotes.
- Assuming Windows is activated. The Ryzen 7 7700 listing specifies Windows 11 Home as unactivated.
- Assuming every component has 5 years of coverage. The published limited warranty gives CPU and GPU 3 years for eligible builds.

One last thing
An RTX 5070 label is not a complete build specification. One listing documents RAM, storage, motherboard and PSU; the other needs those fields confirmed in writing. That difference matters more than an unsupported frame-rate promise.
